PLEASE NOTE – IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FULLY-FITTED INDOOR SPACE YOU WILL NOT NEED TO ORDER HARDWALL SCHEME, CARPET, ELECTRIC, CLEANING, OR FURNITURE. YOU WILL HOWEVER NEED TO DESIGNATE THE LAYOUT OF YOUR BOOTH USING THE FORM BELOW FOR "LAYOUT OF FULLY-FITTED INDOOR SPACE" DUE APRIL 6TH.

Important Deadlines

• All requests for equipment and services must be submitted by not later than April 6, 2010.
• All payments for equipment and services provided for in this Service Manual must be submitted no later than April 20, 2010.
• A 50% surcharge shall apply to any orders submitted from April 7 until April 20, 2010.
• A 100% surcharge shall apply to any orders submitted on or after April 21, 2010, if the provision of such orders is still possible.
• Any orders submitted after April 20, 2010 require payment immediately.
